Doesn't help
This didn't do anything to help my sore muscles at all. It also leaves a very greasy film wherever you put it. Definitely would not recommend.

Feel the difference in my bod
I can really tell when I use this, less tension and pain in my muscles, less restless leg. It's a bit heavy and sticky but I like to apply it liberally. Overall not too bad, nice gel, does seem to be potent (I've tried several brands).

Disappointed
I use this to relieve feet and leg cramps. It works okay for that. But it's greasy. The gel products I've used before were gels that absorbed into the skin without any greasy effects.

Magnesium gel
I have cramping at night, and this gel is easy to use. It does cause dryness of the skin, but all magnesium lotion /gel do that. I just moisturize twice a day.
