My husband and I are side and back sleepers well really all over sleepers lol pillows are hard to find that don’t leave you with neck pain for weeks! This pillow is the most comfortable one I have ever owned! Would buy for my whole family!

I bought this to help relieve migraines and sadly I think this is now causing me migraines. The pillow is great but the stiffness is almost too much for me. This version you cannot remove any padding to make it less firm.

Having been diagnosed with collapsed discs in my neck that I was told would require dangerous surgery, I desperately researched the internet and decided to try ANYTHING to avoid it. I was having sharp, burning pain across my shoulders that literally felt like I was being tased 24/7 (not that I actually know what that feels like). This pillow had interesting results posted with it - so why not try it.Well - it's been 3 months now and not only do I NOT have the pain anymore, my migraines have almost come to a stop (I have had migraines for 55 years). I still don't do exercises or chores that always made things worse - the discs are still collapsed and I don't want to go backwards, but this pillow has honestly given me my life back. It DOES take getting used to, but now that I am used to it, I can't even think of going back to a normal pillow. I did take the extra layer out

Pros: Pillow is plush and soft. Pillow is large, and you have plenty of room to back sleep or side sleep. Pillow was a decent price. The Pillow DID work for me for back sleeping. You can adjust height of pillow, and I did find that taking out the gray foam helped slightly with comfort.Cons: I found the arm rest things useless; however, every side sleeper will sleep differently, so you may like that feature. I tend to sleep 90% of the time on my side in a curled up fetal position, hence the arm rests (which at first I thought was a lucrative addition) became useless to me. The way this pillow is designed, made me fill like me face was constantly smashed into the pillow, and it became hard to get the right angle and position to get comfortable. AGAIN, EVERYONE SLEEPS DIFFERENTLY, so you may have a totally different experience. It also felt uncomfortable under my neck, no matter how I positioned the pillow as I slept on my side. I constantly woke up throughout the night and with a massive headache. I gave the pillow 2 weeks with naps and nights sleep in attempt to get accustomed to the pillow and with an adjustment period..to no avail.I have tried multiple ergonomic type of pillows in the past and was excited over this one; however, I ended up returning it due to constantly having headache.

I didn’t really want to buy memory foam, but I like this pillow a lot. Helps to avoid neck and back pain.

I had high hopes for this pillow based on the other reviews. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain so I figured it was time to buy a pillow that’ll support my neck. This pillow is SO uncomfortable. I switch from back to side (and sometimes stomach) while I sleep and this pillow is too structured to allow for that. I will be returning this and the hunt for a good pillow continues…

Not convenient for me

I really liked how sturdy yet soft the foam is. Just the perfect amount for my boyfriend to feel comfortable with his nerve pain.
