Caseti Trident 3-in-1 Double Guillotine and Wedge Cutter

A friend has one and I ordered my own. However mine was defective - it would not close.I returned it 5 minutes after receiving it and asked for a refund. However 3 weeks later no refund was issued and I have to spend time chasing it, even though the seller received my return without delay.I like the design and heft of the device, and wish the company would invest in quality control and honor refund requests when properly submitted.
