so: yes: this is very expensive compared to regular baking/ roasting trays. But. Its worth it. stuff doesnt stick, doesnt warp, doesn't rust, and can dishwasher. Consider it an investment, even if you flinch at initial cost, which i did... its just a pleasure to work with. Personally i don't use it on the hob: I'm not convinced hob use is a good idea for longevity.. And its big. just fits in oven. takes up huge amount of space in dishwasher. tbh i hate handwashing stuff, everything but everything goes in there and takes its chances, but its just easier to handwash this tray. Epic for making roast potatoes in.

This product is worth every penny. Incredibly sturdy and does not bend during baking, non stick and super easy to clean. The size is quite perfect and I love the high borders and the overall shape of it. I definitely recommend this baking tray.

Good quality but bit too heavy for me

I've been through a few baking trays of allegedly good quality (e.g. circulon), and they're a nightmare - they stain easily and never come clean, so they always look filthy and get sticky. These ones are perfect so far - good weight, feel strong and durable, and most importantly cleaning them is a breeze. Although I've not had these too long yet (and I'll update my review if things change), I'm so far feeling confident that these will look as good as new for a long time to come.

Really pleased with this product. So easy to clean. Great non stick. It is bigger than I realised, but since it fits in my oven then that is positive as I can fit more into it.

I've had two of these for a year, used them hard and they are nearly good as new.I needed something a bit smaller and bought something a bit (not much) cheaper and those ones lasted 5 minutes. Buy these, they are fantastic, perfect non stick. Dishwashable.The one I bought was huge, might not fit in your oven! check dimensions.
