Missing straw
Great item. Holds plenty of water but it came without the straw.

poorly made and wrong colour
I ordered the 'chocolate' coloured cup, thinking it would be a warm iridescent brown, like in the image on the listing. It has arrived today, and is iridescent, but it's distinctly grey not brown. Also, the hole for the straw and the straw itself look very cheap and badly made, with imperfections. Unfortunately not great.
