The igloo was relatively easy to put together, the directions are like a magic eye puzzle as you get near the end. Unfortunately a few connectors broke and after contacting support, they simply sent me a new product. I grit bad about that, but they were responsive and quick. I’d buy from the company again.

I had multiple people who have construction knowledge work on trying to put these together. I went through three or four different people before we could do it. There are nice sides and look great. The plastic pieces have begun to break in the first month. Don’t know how big of a problem that will be yet, but certainly watch out.

Some joints are broken and other parts are missing. Parts are mixed up. Yet the Vevor customer service refused to replace the item.

This has been an amazing product. We’ve had it for a year, and have enjoyed it nearly every day. Two of us put it together with no problem. The dome, with the plastic cover, recently pulled up all the stakes, and took flight in 75 mph wind, bounced around, took flight again over a fence and through all this sustained no damage! We have it sitting back in its original place. Last summer the mesh cover withstood severe winds and quite a bit of hail up to quarter size, but baseball size hail put a few holes in it. We contacted Vevor for a replacement, but unfortunately they no longer have it in stock. I will mend the cover, but hope they restock this item so I can replace it. It has been a very good product. I give it 5 stars.
