2 minutes in the microwave = instant pain relief for sore muscles
This is currently my go-to for an ongoing shoulder/back muscle injury. 2 minutes makes it plenty hot enough to provide instant soothing pain relief (until the medication kicks in).I've been using micro hotties for years and I wouldn't be without them. Great for defrosting my cold feet at bedtime! I have sometimes used them just to warm up after being out on cold days. Sometimes nice as lumbar support when sat at my desk for hours.The whole thing goes in the microwave - cover and all. Very convenient. The outer is machine washable. Occasionally the inner gets punctured. My cat was responsible the last time. You can get replacements easily.

Does the job as expected. Heat up in the microwave per guidelines. Stays warm for over an hour but takes a bit of time for the outer case to warm up. The gel pack inside does get hot to the touch. I opted for this instead of those ones filled with grain as I have heard these can develop smells over time.

Hottie?
Nice and compact.I heat it for two minutes in a 800watt microwave,it feels ok when it comes out but losses its heat quite quickly. Would never replace a traditional hot water bottle though it is convenient for my elderly mother who uses it for pain relief.

Convenient and does the job. Does not stay very hot for as long as old hot water bottle but just 2 minutes in the microwave sorts that out. Very pleased.

Gentle but substantial warmth
I am a big user of hot water bottles and will probably use this hottie in rotation with hot water bottles throughout the day.It's square and quite big, but not bulky so it fits nicely over your stomach or chest. The warmth is more soothing than scalding but it's very effective at raising core temperature. Heated for 2 mins in an 800w microwave and the heat pack under the cover is absolutely boiling. Very cosy, nice to use while reading in the evening.Unfortunately it was sent using Royal Snail and was obviously a bit later than the next day delivery that was claimed.

Bringing the heat.
My girlfriend suffers with chronic back pain. Hot water bottles were a pain in the arse to deal with constant refills are a pain. She loves this, easy to use and stays warm for hours. She doesn't need me anymore to keep her warm she said now.

Leaked within 10 months
Lovely soft cover, heats in microwave in 2- 2.5 mins and stays warm quite a while.Bought in February this year. I wouldn’t say I’ve used it loads but it has leaked from a corner today soaking me, fortunately not burning me though. Poor longevity from what I would have considered a good make.

Gentle warmth
Works well and retains the heat for long enough, about same as a traditional hot water bottle. It doesn't get as hot as a water bottle does when first filled but releases a gentle warming heat.Only downside is it doesn't fit in my standard microwave but luckily I have a large combination microwave oven to heat it up in.If buying one of these make sure you check the measurements of your microwave.

Avevo già comprato questo articolo anni fa, con il tempo (un paio di anni di intenso utilizzo) il contenuto interno si è "rotto" è fuoriuscito del liquido e adesso non scaldava più come prima, così ne ho comprata una nuova, ho visto che c'erano anche solo le ricariche a un prezzo inferiore (9.99) m ho deciso di farmi un regalo e acquistarne una completamente nuova.Il funzionamento è facilissimo, si mette nel microonde per 1 minuto e mezzo o 2 minuti e la borsa restituisce bel calore per un paio d'ore o più.. nelle fredde serate invernali non ne posso più fare a meno. Il rivestimento è soffice e piacevole al tatto.Sono molto soddisfatta di questo articolo

Très agréable
Ayant souvent des lombalgies, j'ai acheté cette bouillotte pour la mettre dans le dos, au niveau des reins.La taille de l'objet est parfaite.Je règle le mico-onde sur 3mn et la chaleur reste près d'une heure.Le tissu protecteur est doux, ce qui fait avec la diffusion de la chaleur, un ensemble très agréable lorsqu'on l'applique sur la zone concernée.Cela me permet de bien détendre les muscles lombaires. Mais aussi, je pense, de la nuque en cas de torticolis.Je recommande.

Agréable même si j'aurai aimé une chaleur un peu plus élevée. Je tente plus chaud mais j'ai peur de la faire exploser (ça m'est déjà arrivé).Bonne idée l'inscription des temps de chauffe à l'intérieur par contre
