Tried this to see if it was worth swapping out the usual vanilla 2lb I typically buy. Nope. I'm going to give it away to a neighbor and go back you the usual.

Tastes fine, but where do I put this?
This protein powder tastes okay. It's actually my first time trying chocolate protein powder. It tastes okay and I didn't find it to be excessively chalky. I'll be sticking with vanilla in the future, but that's just my personal taste. If you like chocolate protein powder, you will probably like this.I like that it's vegan. I'm not vegan, but I find myself caring more about these things as I get older. It also provides some beneficial amino acids. All good. But it practically comes in a barrel. I guess I had no concept of what 4 pounds of protein powder looks like. It is almost comical. I scooped some into a more manageable container and will probably have to rent a storage unit for the rest of it. Haha. Seriously, though, it's huge and will not fit on any standard shelf. Just something to consider if storage is an issue for you.

Tastes good, massive container
The flavor and texture of this protein is great. Creamy, smooth, and mixes well. No funny aftertastes or anything like that. Definitely a good option to keep on hand as a vegan staple in our protein pantry. The only con I can come up with is how insanely massive the container is, relative to the amount of product. If you thought chip bags had a lot of air, wait until you see this. It’s close to being only half full. I’m not sure if my picture shows it properly but the container is only 50-60% full. It’s mostly annoying because it takes up so much space on your shelf. They could easily use a container almost half the size. If you care about storage space or plastic waste, this is pretty egregious.

Rich!
This blended pretty well in my ninja blender. No powder taste or lumps.100% vegan which is nice because it didn’t mess up my stomach. The best part is the ingredients. I feel like there was nothing missing like other vegan protein. Pea, brown rice, cocoa, quinoa, and pumpkin are all wonderful. Felt full after drinking.

Good Protein!
I have protein powder or a protein bar almost every morning. I felt this powder was thicker than what I am used to. Maybe that helps mixing it with fruit or vegetables, but I didn’t care for it being thicker. The vanilla taste was good and it wasn’t overly sweet. It is vegan, so I feel like that is a big plus for those looking for that.

Good Taste, Good Quality, Vegan Protein
It is nice that this is a protein isolate, so you get more protein for the calories. I mostly have whey protein on hand, so it is good to also have vegan option on hand. The vanilla flavor tastes good and it seems like good quality protein.

Magnum Nutraceuticals - Vegan Quattro Plant-Based Protein Powder Isolate
This is a solid vegan protein that also contains digestive enzymes to support healthy digestion. I like that pea protein is the first ingredient as that is the best plant-based protein due to the high l-leucine content. The flavor is okay. It’s a standard vanilla flavor. Expect this to be chalkier if you are comparing it to whey protein, that is simply an aspect of plant-based proteins. All in all, I like this protein but do think it is a tad expensive at around $25 per lb.

Great taste like a chocolate shake
This is a vegan, chocolate protein powder that has a very pleasant taste in milk or water. In fact, You can mix it in less than a cup of water and I would say it would be as good as or better than coca when heated. This is really quite tasty and even when mixing other supplements in with it like collagen and powdered yeast, it tastes great like a chocolate shake. The main problem which really isn’t a problem is the size of the container. You really get a lot for 4 lbs. The jar is fairly big. It’s about a foot tall. The picture on the product page doesn’t do it justice. With today’s hectic lifestyle of many of us, we don’t always eat right because of time, stress, poor eating habits or whatever. This, even if you’re not using it for muscle growth, is a good supplement to your general diet. The average male–according to a basic web search–needs about 80 grams and an average woman around 60 grams of protein per day. With this giving you 21 grams per serving, that’s around a quarter of the recommended protein per day. That is, if you take the recommended serving. There’s nothing saying that you can’t take half that much per serving.I’ve tried some protein powders that are dairy based. Sometimes those can be, well, gassy. I didn’t find that to be a problem with this product. This would also be good for someone who is lactose intolerant.

Vegan protein is... actually pretty good
Quattro is my go to protein, specifically the ice cream vanilla one, so I was curious to try their vegan offering. Was hoping it would be better than other vegan options I've tried. One negative is that it is quite powdery and dusty, which is similar to all the other vegan protein supplements I've tried; which isn't very many. With just water I the taste was not very enjoyable. However, It is quite a bit better when used with mostly Oat or some alterative milk and some water. You can use less fluid to make it thicker like a milkshake. After a few servings it's actually growing on me more flavour-wise so I would recommend giving this a whirl.I went back to compare with the regular quattro chocloate and I think I prefer the vegan one now.

Gritty texture; doesn’t dissolve well
I admittedly don’t have a lot of experience with isolate - I have used protein supplement powder a lot I the past but never isolate, so what I am about to describe may be unique to isolate. The first issue with this powder is that it does not dissolve very well. I mixed it in with the correct amount of water and it still tasted very chalky and gritty. If you’ve ever had a fibre supplement, that’s what it tastes like. It’s almost inedible on its own.It does do a little better in a smoothie, though not by much. It still retains a chalky and gritty texture when I blended it with some ice, almond milk, peanut butter powder and a banana. It made for a pretty tasty smoothie, but the texture was still a little gritty. The flavours is good, however, and I would liken it to hot chocolate that has cooled down. The chocolate flavour is definitely there, but it’s a little watered down.Overall, I think if you can get past the chalkiness this is a pretty decent supplement. I have had some issues with protein powders not agreeing with my stomach, but this one has yet to cause any issues and I’ve been using it fairly regularly for a week or so.

Good Overall. Not as Sweet.
This review will be similar (if not the same as my review of the vanilla flavour).I work out a lot but I am not a fan of whey protein powders. They are convenient especially post workout when I want a quick protein source but I can't seem to find any that I happen to like - flavour wise. I have tried the vegan protein options (despite not being vegan myself) and I do find these to taste more pleasant for my tastes. The Vegan Quattro Plant-Based Protein Powder - Chocolate tastes good, not too sweet, and is the one of the better options of all the plant based protein powders I have tried. The chocolate flavor is not as rich or as tasty as their vanilla flavour, but this is not an issue for me as I usually add stevia to all of my shakes to enhance the sweetness. This also mixes well with very little clumps when stirred manually, and is silky smooth when mixed in a blender or a milk frother. The formula uses a combination of pea protein, pumpkin protein, brown rice and quinoa powder protein, has no added sugar and is low in carbs and calories. Although most of the whey protein powders I've used had little added sugars, many had artificial sweeteners (which I also do not like outside of Stevia), thickeners, artificial flavours, a whole assortment of ingredients I couldn't pronounce and many packed a lot of calories per serving while the taste left a lot to be desired. The Vegan Quattro Plant-Based Proteins are a better option for me as I prefer the taste of these. These are pretty expensive, but most good quality protein powders whether whey or vegan usually are, and I do happen to love the ingredients used here, as well as the calories per serving and carbs. This is why I think it's worth it. I will still drink up the whey protein as it has it's benefits but I will be reaching for these one more. It's a good, clean, smooth, plant-based protein blend that taste good and that's good enough for me.

Great protein sources, difficult to dissolve
Decently flavourful protein powder, and from excellent vegan sources. I drink a water-based shake in the morning and I feel pretty great and satisfied until supper. The sucralose-based chocolate flavouring tastes just OK when made with water. Combine it with a banana and milk and it tastes so amazing though! All that sugar WOULD make it better, but mainly they make the chocolate flavour shine brighter than in water. This powder is very difficult to dissolve though, big clumps stick to the inner surface of my glass and it takes ages to scratch the sides and get them all mixed in. Swallowing even a little clump is not very pleasant at all. Basically I down my drinks as quickly as possible so nothing has even a moment to settle. It's a great protein powder and I'd like to keep using it when its gone, but on the other hand I'm looking forward to the end...when I won't be mixing and mixing and mixing so much every morning and praying not to ingest a powdery clump.
