What can you say about a chisel protector they protect the edge and for something so simple they are really worth every penny.

Unfit for purpose! !
The most expensive bit of plastic you will ever buy! !!these so called guards are cheap and nasty! They are badly deformed, making it difficult to put on the chisel! Which if you have sharp chisels, like most tradesmen, could easily lead to a nasty accident. they are so not fit for purpose . I considered them so dangerous they went in the bin! Ken mills ."professional carpenter " now retired senior project manager! These mishapen bits of plastic should not be sold as I consider them an accident waiting to happen! !!!

Wood Chisle caps
Bought these for my chisels. Being a handyman means you have to carry a lot of different tools with you. Found these for safety and to stop the chisels from getting damaged on the tips. They are rubbish. They slide off so get lost. Your better off getting a rubber That won't slide off. I went for the size and the price. How wrong you can by.

Not the quality I expect from Trend.
They are ok plastic protectors but still needed to wrap masking tape around them to stop them falling off the chisel ends.Not what I expected from Trend I must say as all the other Trend gear I have is of good quality maybe they outsourced these to China as a lot of other companies do to maximise profit.

Large size solution accomplished.
Needed a large sized cover for 1 1/2 in chisel. This was the only place that had them. Fit was great. However, would have preferred buying only sizes I needed, not entire set.

Don;t buy for safety reasons
So far two of these "guards" have split requiring me to wrap some electrical tape around them in only 10 months of light use. I understand that you get what you pay for and I would have given a better rating except this item is fully intended as a safety device. I firmly believe safety devices should never fail in a reasonable period of time. Therefore, even one star is generous.
