Dashboard apart, no manuals, doesn't power up. One summer Saturday morning gone

First off I want to say the deliver in this item was very quick and it came packaged extremely well . The size of the screen is huge! I really like how big and clear the screen is . Installation was a breeze since I know how to install it myself but if you don’t know how to I’m sure your local shop can do it. Connecting the Bluetooth to my phone was pretty easy and the touch sensitivity is great . It came ready to plug and play and the value for this item is worth the money . I had a more expensive screen before but it started failing so I went with this one and I’m glad I did . I saved a lot of money buying this item instead of something more expensive . I highly recommend this screen for your vehicle .

This is a review from someone who isnt paid off for this product and from someone who didnt have a bad experience and wants to hate on a product with no real feedback to make this product better or help others make a decision for it. This product gets the job done. It was an upgrade from my 8.4 inch screen. As a mechanic it was easy enough to install. However if you have a 2016 Ram 1500 you may have to cut out a part of your plastic support backing for the 8.4 inch radio to insure the new one fits as the placement of the wires get in the way of fully seating the unit (NOTE If you try to force it in you can cause damage to the unit). There isn't much help for the installment instructions and the videos the paper direct you to aren't the best at showing you how to install it. It controls your Havc system from the screen which i like however you need to wait for the unit to turn on everytime inorder to make temperature changes. So when it comes to spring and fall time frames when its cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon it does suck to have to wait 30 seconds just to turn your heat off and AC on after work. The screen or at least the one for my unit was surprisingly durable as i dropped it screen down on some tools during the installation process. Aswell as my son has thrown his fair share of toys at the screen on car rides. Some of the applications dont cooperate well with the interface such as Amazon prime video doesnt fit on the screen like some of the other apps even once I pressed full screen. It has a playstore like normal androids however you cant download all the same applications that you would think. For example I was able to download Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and even Crunchyroll but I couldnt download Disney plus or Hulu. Lastly I sold the truck that I had installed this radio in as I was getting an upgraded truck and when I went to factory set it all of my information was still installed in the unit so I had to log out of all my accounts and delete all of my information manually. This was after I went through the settings and selected factory reset and after I pressed the reset button at the front of the unit. All in all I'd give this product a 6.5/10 imaybe even a 7/10 it's basically a Samsung tablet but its in your truck and can control your Hvac system.

I just bought this product and decided not installed myself but I found the instructions are really very lame .After I figured out to pluged everything watching other videos but panel doesn't fit anymore I don't know if I did something wrong.Also I got check engine light on the dashboard and tried to find costumer support number but I couldn't find any.If anyone knows the number please share .I really like the product but they could do better work doing the instructions.

Customer service is horrible, took a week to hear back from them. No instructions , no set up passwords, they had a manuel in pdf on the radio but it's nothing like the radio I received. Climate controls dont work, Bluetooth connection is very poor, don't waste your money, find an American made radio upgrade!
