GIBS- Matte Finish

Introduced to Gibbs products by a Master Barber, haven’r used anything else since. Tried many brands of beard products over the years, now I won’t use anything but Gibbs. Has everything I want in a beard product: great hold but never feels stiff, love the subtle fragrance, have used the 4oz container about 16 months with a few weeks left. Also use their all in one hair, beard and body wash product and it works better than I could have hoped. A complete line of products that actually goes above and beyond what I could have ever asked for.

This has become my go-to hair product after using gel for years. I like how the hair spackle doesn't make your hair crunchy or flake off white crap, yet it's strong enough to hold your hair in place. You can also reactivate the product with a little water if need be. It's a little more expensive than a comparable amount of gel would be, but it's a much better product in my opinion and worth the price.

Great hold, product is soft enough to shape your hair without it looking harsh, doesn’t leave your hair looking greasy either.

Only need a small amount massaged in my hair to provide good, no gloss control. Smells great, too

This hair product works well and doesn't look like there is too much product in your hair. The 4oz container lasts a long time even with daily use. Far longer than the traditional mousse and hair spray route. This is not a touchable finish where you can run your fingers through your hair. It sets up a little harder than that. It does not have a greasy feeling or leave hair/head marks everywhere. The hold even stands up to Las Vegas windstorms.

By far the best high-hold hair putty I’ve ever used. I’m constantly touching my hair at work, which usually means I leave the building looking like I wrestled a small raccoon. Not with this stuff. My hair stayed locked in place all day without that greasy, high-shine “just dunked my head in oil” look. Strong hold, natural finish, zero helmet-head vibes. Great product from Gibs. As advertised, has no shine whatsoever, and works best on straight hair when combined with Gibs sea salt spray. I could never get my hair this way before, and this product is just what I needed.

My highly-regarded barber lives by this spackle. They used it to style my hair recently and I HAD to ask them what brand it was. To this day, I do not use any other pomade. This one has great hold, but also doesn't feel like you're putting glue in your hair. It's also much easier to wash the residue off your hands (unlike American Crew Fiber). Despite the light/airy feeling of the spackle, it really does have strong hold, and my hair is very straight / stubborn (East Asian hair type). Love this thing.
