Freedom to Love

I really did enjoy this story but like most people it felt slightly incomplete and I didn't mean how it ended. One of ky Goodreads friends (I think it was Lexxi) said that Black intended for this to be a short story but the problem is it wasn't so lack of certain details or depth of situations kinda hurt the overall story. For example, Murph seems to be a big part of the story. After his talk with Brynn, one would expect something to follow once Vander and her showed up together not only once but twice more in a police oriented environment. It also would have been nice to have a prologue (yes I'm reaching here) of maybe Brynn's arrest and see the interaction between her and Vander and her family just to set up the environment a little more.Like I said, I did enjoy this book. I loke most cops and such romances and throw in a "reformed" prisoner and it usually makes a good read.

Brynn and Kate. One want to prison for a sister and the other put her there. See how the story unfolds with these two women. Love is in the air as well. So come buy this book to read another amazing story of Ronica Black. And as always her love making scenes will not disappoint, if u r patient.

This is the only word I have about this book. Parts I liked and parts not. I got completely mixed and jumbled up feelings that I can't even understand myself why I got so worked up.The plot is well put together and the characters are interesting. I admired some of their personality traits and felt for their straggle to do and be a better person. I wish I was in a better headspace to appreciate it.

What can ya say about a Ronica Black book, great story along with excellent nt characters and don't forget the sex scenes. I have no problem recommending this book to my friends.

I gave this book three stars because it wasn't awful but then I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. I've read other books from this author and enjoyed them, just not this one.

Good premise, lacked backstory and character development. The intimate scenes were a too vulgar for my tastes.

I really liked this story. The characters were interesting and different. I don't think it's a full length novel, and I'm left wanting more. I wonder if there could be a sequel of some kind. I'd really like that. The writing was good but not superb. And the editing could have been better. I was surprised by the amount of missing commas and some awkward sentence structures.Because of the blurb, I was expecting more of an adventure story, but I was happy with the story as it was. I just wanted to point out that the blurb may not really accurately reflect the story. If you're expecting high adventure, you may be disappointed. This book was good it's about two people that come from different sides and one is a cop and one is known foe her name but not her but her family..4 yrs ago the cop arrested Willis and the day she got out Brynn saved her and from then on they were always meant to be together.

This was an easy read, the story line was good and engaging but it was let down by lack of character development. The main characters are likeable but two dimensional and the secondary characters get no development at all. The ending was the biggest disappointment.

As usual Ms. Black writes with passion and sexual descriptions like no other author can! A wonderful love story from the master.
