THe book opens by looking what inflammation is and how the diet can help that condition. THere is a handy list of foods to eat and foods to avoid for quick reference. We then get into the recipes, and there are almost 200 provided. I think there is a good mix of recipes provided that will please a variety of tastes. There is also a 21 day meal plan for convenience. I enjoyed reading this book a lot and I learned quite a bit.

Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook for beginners
The anti-inflammatory diet is not exactly a fixed food plan, like many other diets. When you follow an anti-inflammatory diet, your meals are based on foods known to fight inflammation. I was excited to try the many recipes as I am trying to reduce my inflammation. Great cookbook!

Good Anti-inflammatory dishes
There are a lot of great recipes in this cookbook that will help control inflammation as well as some of the complications that come with that. Learning to eat to heal your aches and pains will eventually become second nature, and you'll feel more vital and energetic. I have started my days off with oats for years, and recently tried the Cinnamon and Pear Oatmeal. Think I like it better than peaches.

If you are like me, inflammation has caused things like joint pain and headaches. This book will help teach you how to eliminate some of your inflammation through your diet. There are plenty of great new recipes. The Greek Chicken Breasts were delicious. The pumpkin pancakes were perfect for fall and I have made them multiple times.
