Our cell reception is very poor, and non existant inside the house or shop buildings. This booster allows me to text and talk while inside the buildings now (before, I had to go stand in the front yard!). I even get bars in adjacent buildings! Works as well as advertised!

Did not get to first base. FCC and Verizon require registration of signal boosters. I tried to register through the Verizon registration portal, but could not get past entering the FCC Label ID. This type of product is required to have a FCC label affixed to it, it doesn't. A consumer can be fined in excess of 100,000 for using unregistered devices, so if you are reading this you have been warned. A total waste of time waiting for delivery, and a total waste of time working through Verizon web pages to get it registered. I searched for "tonve booster fcc" and found a list of illegal boosters and Tonve is on that list. I will look at that list before my next purchase.

Listen to other reviews and Manufactures instructions to select a booster in the correct Band. I needed a signal boost for Cricket users (AT&T Towers) and Verizon users near Land O Lakes Wisconson. Used cell tower mapping site (CellMapper.net) to find a nearby tower with both providers. The site also has bands used and I verified with both iPhones AT&T Band 12, Verizon Band 13. Purchase the 12/13/17 Band booster with a yagi directional outdoor antenna and a cone omnidirectional indoor antenna. Used a compass app to get the Antena pointed in roughly the right direction. I did a temp set up outside to test and tune to find the best install location, installed on the side of the house with the antenna on a pole extended above the roofline. Hardware to mount the antenna to the pole was included. Fine-tuned using the iPhone maintenance utility, not the smoothest method, but it worked. The maintenance utility has a slow refresh rate, and the fields jump around. It would be nice to have some kind of tone or meter to use. I think this is possible on Andriod phones but could not find one for iPhones. Then ran the antenna cable into the attic, installed the booster module in the attic using an attic light socket for power. The weather up north does not get too hot, so I think the attic install should be ok for heat. I will find out this summer. Easy install of the indoor antenna through the drywall on the ceiling. AT&T signal went from no bars inside to two bars, Verizon went from no bars to 3 bars. I was able to make phone calls, Hot-spot, and video chat on the iPhone. We had up to 6 iPhones in use with no problems. Original signal outside was spotty at best, spent a lot of time walking around to find a good spot. No cell phones work 90% of the time. I think this could be improved with tuning the antenna better but without a signal analyzer or some kind of meter, I will not be able to do that. All in all, it was worth the purchase to have a reliable signal.

I am overjoyed with Amazon and the seller Tonve Kevin. The product is great. Assembly was easy. I believe in the booster, however it did not work for us only because as it turns out we simply do not have a suitable AT&T signal to be had so we went back to Sprint. But what I'm most excited about is that I was totally stressed out about returning it because it's not like walking into a store and going over to customer service. I've never sent anything back before. Man, Amazon or Tonve Kevin, whoever is responsible made it so super easy I'm not afraid anymore to have to return anything. I am usually happy with all of my purchases anyway but this time I had to send it back. Not anyone's fault at all. I drove only a mile over to my UPS store. The young lady took the product. I gave her the bar code Amazon sent me. She scanned it. I drove away. I didn't have to hassle of packaging the booster. They said it would take X amount of days to receive a credit or refund but for me it took less than 24 hours. I was amazed. So pleased with Amazon and seller, and the product was of good quality but unfortunately was wrong for me in the area that I live.

Worked good for 4g or less, the add said supports 5g, but it doesn't, my 5g phone won't even recognize this transmitter, Samsung A71.. but for 4g works fine.

This product did NOT help my signal at all. Even after putting it on a 20’ pole. Don’t buy this product. Waste of monwy

I live in a forest blocked by a very tall hill. This has given me so much wonderful much need phone calls! Inside my metal tiny house I have 4 bars call every where! I love it!

Excellent product, works great, from one to two bars to four bars steady. Highly recommended. Easy installation.UPDATE: Going bad already, working intermittently. Less than 5 month use.
