Stethoscope of a good quality but have not received the sphygmomanometer as it did not come with the order.

Useless stethoscope...
Do NOT purchase this... the stethoscope is useless for what you require it to do. You will hear heart sounds but cannot use for BP check along with sphygmomanometer. Not sensitive at all. I purchased another reasonably priced stethoscope and it is night and day compared to this. The sphyg is acceptable but only when used with a decent stetoscope.
