Boring
This was so boring to the point I started playing it to help me go to sleep at night. It was a simple click through of questions that you had to ask all of regardless. The few incidents where it mattered which questions you asked, if you screwed up it just kept making you do it over till you got it right so there were no actual stakes in it. The mind maps honestly weren't always logical in the connections but don't worry, after a few failed attempts it also tells you the answer, so once again no stakes. Worst of all it gets repetitive. After hearing the explanation while connecting the dots you then get to hear him explain it to everyone else. After solving the murder the story still continues on and on and then had the longest cut scene where he is once again repeating every little thing you've already talked about and then you go through more pointless questions simply to make everyone feel guilty about things that are barely linked to the murder just to essentially show everyone else what bad people they are too. It's just completely boring. If you want a good Hercule Poirot game get the ABC murders. That game actually requires you to think through how you question people to get the information you need and the results the vary. There was one incident where me being too forceful actually gave a guy a heart attack. There are also the added logic puzzles to open a box or to find a hidden safe that requires you to use your own little grey cells. This game here does none of that.

Good, but needlessly complicated.
I was so looking forward to playing this game because of my love of poirot the books and TV series, but this game is unessescarily difficult, it's complicated and not at all what I was expecting, I figured out the culprit five minutes in but I'm still not to the point where I can move forward you have to link all the clues in a certain order, the characters don't give you anywhere near enough information, all in all a massive disappointment, wish I hadn't bothered. I can't really recommend this game, it will have you cursing after two minutes of being on it.
