Crumbly mess; no tablet coating
This multivitamin and mineral tablet is a good all-round formula, including all the main vits and mins, however, my main gripe is the tablet itself. It is not coated and therefore nothing is stopping it becoming a crumbly mess in the tub. Indeed, I have about 10 tablets left, and three or so of them are a crushed mess in the bottom of the pot. They also look like oatmeal, an unpleasant grainy colour, and taste as such when swallowed. I do wonder if the vitamin and mineral content is depleted by exposure to the air from this non-coating?
