My Dr. recommended I start taking vitamin D3 and these are really great. I bought another brand and they were way too sweet & sugary. These are yummy and taste good, like a gummy! Love this brand.

family doc told me that I needed to take 5000 mg of vitamin D a day to stave off osteoporisis. I love gummies - I take 5 of them at night like a treat. Works for me. I will have a test in February to see if my vitamin D levels have gone up. I purchased these at Whole Foods first and the price is same on Amazon, so I get it delivered to my door. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

My favorite Vitamin D gummy out of the many I’ve used. Not too sweet, different flavors, not covered in sugar, and not too gooey.

I take these with food which I think helps absorption. These gummies have no corn syrup or artificial colors. I have confidence in the Country Life brand. My health food store recommends this brand.

Fast, prompt delivery. Although easy to digest and tasty, high temperatures will leave them sticking together. Although it doesn’t say refrigeration is necesssary, if you live in a hot climate zone, you might consider refrigeration.

The product description is incorrect; these vitamins aren't vegan. The ingredients list includes bovine gelatin (boiled cow skin and bones), and the D3 is derived from lanolin (sheep wool grease).
