No problems but not as quiet as they make out although could be because it is on laminate flooring in a hallway. Will try putting something underneath.

Once you get the hang of fitting this back together after cleaning & refilling thos water water is great for the price.I'd advise to sit it onto something that will keep it steady. I have 3 cat's 2 doggie's. I keep this water fountain for my cat's which means it has to be up high away from the doggie's.I'd recommend to buy small brushes for cleaning intricately inside as it does collect the green stuff inside which can make your animals poorly if you do not clean regularly.I'm pleased with this product & more importantly my cat's are happy with it.Again I would stress please ensure to keep it clean 😉👍🫶

The product is well made and works well.It's good value.I have seen my cat drink a little from it, but most of the time he ignores it.He didn't really drink from a bowl either.So maybe he's just fussy!

Keeps leaking so can’t fill it to its full capacity

The media could not be loaded.  I have 5 cats, so I have 4 water fountains, obviously. For some reason, this is their all time favourite. Everyone drinks from it. Some drink from the water that pools at the bottom, some drink from the flowing bit. It's a little tricky to pop off the top to refill, which I have to do almost daily due to the amount of cats that have chosen it as their primary watering hole, and the filter got dirty very quickly but the replacement filters are cheap enough to buy in bulk. Easy to clean, looks cute. I would avoid sitting in the room with it as it does make you constantly need to pee, but that's not unique to this fountain of course. It also came with a super good quality cat wand which is their second favourite cat wand and Percy's all time favourite.

The media could not be loaded.  For the money this can't be beaten. Ok it's plastic but it's strongly made and it's a doddle to clean. The pump is ultra quiet. The only time it made a racket was when my cats (who love drinking from it) had nearly drunk it dry. I put more water in and as you can see it's quiet as a mouse. Hope you have a big house when ordering the fountain is very, very, loud. I don't use mine because of the noise, I have a 1 bed flat and can hear it wherever I place it, I gave mine away.
