I have bought one of these coats (a "nervous" style) for a rescue dog before, and was impressed by the quality of the jacket. I ordered this "deaf dog" jacket for my boxer who has lost her hearing due to old age. The item arrived quickly and is excellent quality for the price. The lettering is clear and the reflective strips are really handy. The fleece on the inside is lovely and soft and would be really nice and warm, and the outer fabric has a waterproof feel to it. However, even though I followed the size guide, the coat came up too small so I've had to return for a refund, which is a real shame.

Nice coat but very small. Medium only just fits my collie, despite measuring. The velcro fastening under the chest where he is very hairy is difficult. Would be better if it fastened over the coat. But works well

Really happy with this coat. The quality is fantastic and it is lovely and fleeced. I ordered a medium which fits my staffy mix nice and snug.

Really brill if you get the right size. Which for once I did. I know due to the fact the product's main adjustment strap is made of Velcro that it won't last forever and if they were just to tweak the product and put a clip on it instead the product WILL SELL BETTER. Other than that I love the product. Oh and it's really warm to so great for winter (cold weather) etc...Very dog visible.
