I originally bought 2. Both work fine and do exactly what they say. Yes, the solar charging of the unit takes time, but it DOES charge.Note: Do NOT leave it in a hot car. I found out the hard way. Mine was destroyed. My own fault. Lucky it didn't explode!It works well for what we need. I like the built-in adapter cords.

Edit: Company offered me a full refund for compensation of issues listed below. Even though solar panel doesn't work, free diddly free power bank works for me. I upped the rating on my own accord to take account for this. Also still is the only power bank I've seen with an outlet charger built in.Bought this power bank as it was one of the few out there that has a built in outlet plug for wall charging. Was hoping that the solar panel would be enough to at least charge it a little in emergency or when camping. However I left it out in direct sunlight for 4 days and there was still no charge AT ALL on the power bank. I contacted the company and their support was useless and poorly translated. Told me something along the lines where its a manufacturing defect and they are in process of relaying that feedback along, which does nothing for me. So the solar panel does nothing on this product. Seems to be a common theme among these power banks. The unit itself was able to charge my phone several times so that's a plus. Think its a bit overpriced compared to other models that have wireless charging, more options and bigger batteries. Would not recommend purchasing this model powerbank or using this seller for transactions.

This is yet another product sold with a fake or doctored image. The actual unit is not shiny at all, and the plastic is exceedingly cheap. Translucent and just feels... bad. The "specs" printed on the side are actually at a skewed angle. This is incredible since they appear to actually be laser engraved. The manufacturer had every opportunity to do it right, but didn't. There is not even a country of manufacture listed. The LED's are quite poor, very cheap. The built-in phone stand doesn't really look like it was made right, not really retracting flush with the case. The built in cords are very poorly made injection molded rubber. Worst of all the built-in cords do not fast charge, making the thing useless.

Well, the stand mostly just gets in the way, but it is a nice thought.The charge protection only works device side, not charger side, would be nice if it did.The wall plug in causes overheating alot, and has given mine a bloated battery after a week, though no issues since then.However the light is bright enough for its intented purpose, and then some. The charge is great, though only enough to charge my new phone once or twice, sufficient for most purposes.Good for the price, just a few nit-picks

I have another solar power bank I found also on Amazon that works better.It has more capacity, faster phone charging, more solar power, brighter lights, has 10W wireless charging, and sells for about the same price.It doesn't, however, have the wall plug or micro cable; only USB-C and Apple plus the USB and USB-C ports.My biggest disappointment with this one is that the USB-C cable is not fast charging.I didn't try the Apple cable.I plugged it into my Samsung Z-Fold3 at the end of the day when it had 23% charge remaining.My phone reported that the USB-C cable was going to take 3 hrs and 13 minutes to fully recharge my phone.Then, I plugged my phone into the USB-C port, my phone reported that it only needed 1:46 to charge, which is equivalent to my wall charger.My other solar power bank will fast charge my phone from the built-in USB-C cable.With the built-in USB-C charger on my other one, my phone also reports 1:46 to full charge, like using the USB-C port on this one.
