I used this pot to make yogurt and rice wine. Both turn out very well. It is easy to use and makes perfect yogurt and rice wine.

Je suis de langue française et les instructions pour l'utilisation sont en anglais. Résultat j'ai raté mon yaourt. Pourtant je le réussissais toujours il y a quelques années avec une autre yaoutière . Là je suis vraiment déçue . Il me faut chercher la traduction de chaque mot .... Je veux faire aussi le Natto...mais ..

It seems to get a bit hot though. It seems like the bottom got kind of hard and too warm for yogurt. On the plus side it does make a good amount of yogurt. It is very simple and easy to use. Everything is preset. Just pour in the milk and press one button. In the morning you will have freshly made yogurt.

I posted that title in the questions so here is the actual final result... really nice, thick, and delicious L Reuteri Yogurt after the full 36 hours was completed! So I was worried for no reason about it being liquidy still at 10 hours. Advice is don't forget to put the inner lid on as well as the outer lid, and try to resist peaking during the fermentation process, Lol. I have read that Yogurt cultures best in a stillenvironment, andagitating, bumpingstirring, and moving youryogurt during this process may cause lumpiness or watery results. Also you are supposed to try your best to not disturb it by stirring when complete. And refrigerate the yogurt when fermentation is complete, for at minimum, 6 hours before disturbing. So I couldn't resist, I had to take a taste before I put it in the refrigerator. It was delicious 😋 I can't wait for the 6 hours to be finished so I can taste it cold after it has set up. I am very happy that I purchased this DiDimo yogurt maker! It was very easy to use. I did have to reset it for and additional 18 hours after the first 18 hours cycled. Only issue I have is that I discovered a small crack in the outer lid after the first use. Not sure how that happened or if itwas there when I received the product and I just didn't notice it before, but hopefully the seller will replace the defective lid without having to return the whole unit. Overall I am very pleased!
