No, there is no safety certification documentation anywhere in the instructions or on the box.

Q: Will it fit a 2023 kia EV6?

Depends if your plug is a j1772. Plus it didn't work with my tesla charger :(

Q: How do i ensure tesla destination is up to 48amps. My question was the Destination charger is rated for above 48amps..can i still use it?

The charger is actually in your vehicle. The charger in your vehicle communicates with the wall mounted EVSE to determine how much power can be provided. The lower of the two will then be provided to charge your car. It's best to know how many kWh your vehicle can pull to know if you would be within the limits of this adaptor. There are currently only a couple of vehicles that could actually pull more than 48 amps. Conversion formula: amp hours = kilowatt hours ÷ volts(240) × 1000
