My joints don't hurt
I have been taking these daily because my joints are hurting now that it is the winter time. I have found that with these I do not suffer nearly the pain that I used to be in. My joints are feeling looser and I appreciate that this is the only change I have made so I am attributing the relief to that. The pills are easy to take and do not have a weird taste to them and do not cause me stomach issues. I will continue to take these because I do feel that they are making my joints much better

Seems to be helping my knees
It will take some time to know how well Vitasei's Snail Complex is working, and I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks. At this point, I can confirm that my knees haven't gone back to hurting after I switched from my old glucosamine supplement to this one, so it's definitely doing something to benefit my joints, just not certain how much yet. The capsules look to be size 1, which is a nice medium size that’s not difficult for me to swallow. In the photos, I've set a capsule next to a chewable baby aspirin and a tablet of ibuprofen for size comparison. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that there’s not much information about the ingredients used. For example, it doesn't say what species of Boswellia (frankincense) it contains, and there are about 30, all of which have different health benefits. What type of collagen? Type 1 or 2 would make sense, but it doesn't say, so maybe it's some other type?

So Far, So Good
I just started taking these. They’re easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste. As of now I’m not noticing any joint relief but I’ll keep it up and keep my fingers crossed.

It's snail... and surprisingly ok
I was a little thrown at the snail part, but the other ingredients are somewhat known for reducing inflammation, minor pain relief. They aren't hard to take, easy to digest, saw a little bit of improvement after a few days. I'll stick with ibuprofen for normal pain relief but this is a decent combination of extracts for mobility and relief. On my off days from running, I noticed a little bit more recovery than usual.

Easier to take than other formulas
I predominately got this because the capsule sizes were smaller than the previous brand of glucosamine and chondroitin that I am taking. This is probably because the ingredients list seems to have much less filler than the other I am taking and as a result the pills are smaller. Also being in capsule form it tends to go down a little easier. Little difficult to review supplements in general because unless there's something really really wrong with it or if it's a new supplement then you often aren't going to have any baseline other than it works as it typically does. So I will simply say that these capsules are easy to take and with a reasonable price for the product it seems like a decent deal.

Helps a bit
These help a bit with my knee pain from recent exercise after taking a long break from exercise. My knees still feel a bit sore and tired, but I'm glad there is a supplement to help me recover a bit better. I also like the ashwagandha extract, which I usually take as a separate supplement, but now it is together with this one.

Slight improvement, good ingredients
This supplement provides ingredients that are known to help with inflammation and joint issues. I have been nursing some joint issues for a while and decided to add in some supplementation to assist with the healing. I do feel like there has been some improvement in the past week but hard to say if it is the supplementation for just the rest I have been giving my joint. Overall, a good price and will continue using.

Great combo of ingredients
Supplements are hard to review, but I like the combination of ingredients in this. Getting older, so help with joint pain can't hurt! I also like the addition of ashwaghanda, which I've been taking separately, but can now get with this supplement. Interested if ingesting snail mucin will make a difference? I've tried it on my skin before, so perhaps it will help with inflammation.
