Works well but quite flimsy, and a relatively high price
Does the job very well - isolates handling noise from my Zoom H1N recorder almost completely.I found that leaving all 4 of the silicon rubber bands in place is overkill - makes it a VERY tight fit on this recorder. Instead, I just installed one band on each end of the device with ~3mm gap between the two halves of the band at each end of the mount. This makes it very easy to slide the recorder in/out of the mount, AND it makes the suspension slightly more bouncy than if there were 4 bands holding it.The device is made of quite thin plastic, so it doesn't look like it could take much physical abuse. I'm worried that it will get crushed in my rucksack.) The side-effect of this is that the mount is very light to carry.Due to the flimsiness, I'd like to see it selling at substantially less than the ten Sovereigns ticket price. Seems like the kind of thing you could knock-up with a 3D printer.

but it wasn't amazing. The bands that holds the H1 into place ...
I used this with my Zoom H1, and attached it to the top of my camera.Handling noise was reduced a little, but it wasn't amazing. The bands that holds the H1 into place are quite tight, so while they are absorbing some shock, they're still letting handling noise through.I tried with some regular rubber bands instead, which were not as tight - and the handling noise was reduced significantly. In the end though, I opted now to go for the rubber band option as I wasn't confident it would hold the mic in place.A downside to the Movo SMM2 is that the ports for the headphones, and mic are obstructed by the plastic enclosure. You can get around this with some fiddling, but it's not ideal.3/5 stars from me - a nicely made and packaged item, that without a doubt, does a great job of reducing handling noise, and securing the H1 (using the bands it provides) into place; but doesn't remove it completely.NOTE: I haven't tried this shockmount with another mic (e.g. shotgun) - so I cannot comment on how the Movo SMM2 would cope with another mic.I am basing this review purely on my experience with my Zoom H1

OK but needs modification to work effectively.
A bit plasticy, but does the job - or would do if the rubber supports were not so ridiculously heavy and tight, So much so that virtually all vibrations and handling noise are passed through to the microphone (in my case, a Zoom H1). So I looked for lighter replacements and came up with these, which seem to be exactly the right size and tension for the cradle. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B072N5SCBR/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Now the anti-shock mount performs much better and I have a lifetime's worth of spare rubber bands! Recommended, providing the support mod is done.

Problems! Did not fit boom pole and company never paid the refund they offered
I give up with this company. They gave out the wrong dimensions on their website. I contacted them, they said they would refund me because I had to buy an adapter. After chasing a refund three times, I give up. So after giving them 3 months to resolve this I am forced to leave a bad review. Basically it fits a camera mount but not a microphone stand, for that you need to buy a separate adapter.

My Canon M50 and Zoom H1 now work
I was getting a terrible ticking noise on my videos. I tried this mic mount, now my audio is perfect.Great product would recommend.

Good cheap shock mount.
The shock mount works as expected, fitting a zoom h1 perfectly (a little fiddly to get in, but not unexpected as it needs to fit snuggly) and has a good frame. The hotfoot is great, and seems sturdy, which is exactly what is needed to use on a camera, and also has a screw pin that can be attached to a boom mic (very useful for more professional recording).

simple but effective.
Does the job reasonably well and for the price there is no beating it.

Good value
Well built, I can shove a Zoom H1 into it or a shotgun mic.
