Having had nothing but good reports about this item I bought it as nothing else was working! I have taken it now for a month and followed a calorie counted diet and have not lost a single pound! Not worth the money.

Well as I have only been taking them for a short time it is hard to say if they improving my health by losing vast amounts of weight. But hopefully as time goes by who knows I may fade away to a Mr slim (can but hope) !

Yep its workin with me......losin weight slow but steady each week and yet to add the exercise routine on the wii to start with
