When I took this out of the box, I thought it would be perfect. It felt so nice and soft, but not so soft I'd sink straight down. Sadly, that was wrong. I think it simply doesn't have enough support for me. I'm a back sleeper, 5'4" tall, size 4/6 or small/x-small in tops. I have a small head (for reference, I wear beanies from the kids section) and narrow shoulders. When I laid down on this, I loved the softness, but I think it does have a little too much give. It left my neck and shoulders so sore. Finding the right pillow is so hard. Some might love this one, but, for me, it was a no.

I have a few good pillows but wanted to try this one and couldn’t be happier. I told my husband how good it was and he said I should order another for our summer trailer in northern Wisconsin. I also was shocked that the box it came in was smaller but once out of the box it filled out to normal size. I am heading to my son in Florida and I always travel with my pillow and I’m excited that this comes with the carrying bag. Thank you for such a great pillow.

I have been looking for hotel quality pillows for sometime now. This pillow is in no way hotel quality, and it’s expensive for what you’re getting. These pillows are not soft at all and they hurt my kneck when I sleep, and I regret the purchase.

Only flaw could use more firmness

Have had these pillows for almost a year now and they are HORRIBLE ! Worst neck pain, does not maintain shape, feels like I could've gotten this at a dollar store. Terrible for side/ back sleepers.Would not recommend to anyone and even when I have people stay over they avoid this terrible pillow. I wish I never spent my money on it. Every morning I have woken up with neck pains and have had to punch the pillow to fluff it back up. Due to its filling, it gets stuck together in one spot, so you have to REALLY move the pillow around to get it even. It has given me so many problems that I swapped back to my old pillow that I'm allergic to.

I have ordered and returned many pillows in my search for the right one. This may be it or close.It’s squishy , not too hard and doesn’t go flat. I got the Bamboo standard size and it is slightly smaller thanOther pillows. I will mention that it was a real hassle getting the Bo open (it did not come in Amazon box but the product box instead)
