Pros: small when needed and large enough when expanded to accommodate a host of activities. From dinner with the family. To homework and office work. This table is absolutely amazing!Putting it together was easy enough took about an hour and comes with everything you need. Single mom accomplished the task by herself.Cons: Anyone with large feet may end up accidentally kicking the legs and hurting a toe. LolThe larger table top slams down and needs some extra assistance to put away gently.The underlying storage is a bit of a pain to get to but useful.Overall it’s the perfect solution for my tiny rental home!! You won’t be disappointed especially at the price. It is manufactured wood so be aware of over tightening bolts etc

This thing is so heavy! It's a blessing and a curse. I love how it extends to be the full table, and folds down when you're done. Lies of room and cubbies to put games or anything. Definitely recommend it, but again..It's very heavy!! So be careful.

The reason this table is getting three stars is because the directions suck and it took forever to put together but it looks amazing in my home. I love the storage. I love that if you wanted to eat in the living room as a family of five we can when the table is expanded. It is super sturdy. It cleans it very very nicely and all around even though it’s super heavy And the instructions need a little bit of help. I don’t know that I’m gonna get rid of this unless it breaks one of the best buys. I’ve had in a long time.

Sturdy and beautiful. Took some time to put together but well worth the effort. Parts were all well organized, directions were great. Even when opened up fully, this table is sturdy enough to manage the leaps of a Maine Coon Cat just fine.

When we screwed in the screw in the second picture it deflected and broke through the side of the partition. It appears the manufacturer has placed a receiver in the partition to receive the screw. On three locations the screw pushed out this receiver splitting the side. We will need to send this product back. We put the screws in by hand but the damage was not discovered until we noticed the some of the screws didn't tighten. The insert appears to be a screw that has a hole through it to receive the screw. Apparently some of the receivers were improperly installed and the hole was not lined up so the screw could connect properly.As a follow-up. We have been offered a replacement. It would seem that they stand good on the quality of their products. We received a replacement table. Excellent service. I recommend their company.

I LOVE the versatility of this coffee table/table. It's a bit stiff so we needed to grease the mechanism that changes the coffee table into a table, but it's very sturdy and exactly what we needed to maximize space. Would definitely recommend.

Looking for a coffee table, I wanted one that could serve as a desk to work at, provides storage, and folds out into a full functional table. Although some improvements can be made, this table fits most of those needs. The lift section sits at the perfect height so that you are not leaning over or raising your elbows to work. The storage areas are deep enough to hold books, smaller laptops, and random items. The table function seems study so far, but will have to update after a few uses.Improvements:When raising the lift you must hold it from either side or it will twist and strain the mechanism. This will be the primary concern for this table, as if you are not careful, you may pull out the lift mechanisms from the boards. A bar connecting both sides should be added for future versions to increase stability.The storage is adequate for most needs. However, with the secondary lift portion up, you cannot access anything in the storage area very easily. Even with the lift down, it covers slightly over half the storage space. So you have to reach under to access things pushed toward the back.Instructions are adequate. But you have to pay extremely close attention to the placement of the holes in the pictures and the pieces. I had to disassemble everything twice after realizing pieces were on backwards. Marking both the pieces and the pictures with top or bottom identifiers would help customers.Overall, this is still a good table. Fairly inexpensive and a good start for most people needing something small and functional. With proper care, it should last quite a while. However if you don’t need the table function, I would recommend a different table with storage and only a single lift to create a desk.
