A Good Start to the Series!
This is a great start to the new series. The banter was brilliant and Braxton and Tyson were adorable. They got off by insulting each other and for three years the sexual tension between them grew leading to more insulting banter. On paper these two should never have worked, they were total opposites but they didn’t just work they were perfect for each other. On the surface Brax looks like your typical bad boy, all in black, leather jacket, motorbike, broody and a loner, but he’s had a difficult life and doesn’t trust easily. He works really hard for everything he has and the future he wants and underneath his snarky exterior he has a kind heart.Tyson’s father is rich. Ty has never wanted for anything. He has followed his fathers path to FU, also played lacrosse and was the big star and King of FU. He was also studying computer science so he could join his father’s firm, but Ty hated everything about computers! He wanted to be a nurse. Ty also had daddy issues.A lovely part of the story was Brax’s relationship with his adorable, funny and wise grandma. She loved Brax so much and was his biggest supporter. She was also the driving force in getting Brax to realise his feelings for Ty, who also loved Brad’s grandma. This book has kick started the series and the others are now going to have to bring their A game!

nice & fluffy
This was sweet in all the best ways. No angst just sweet relationship building. I’m not a fun of uni romances because I always feel like a breakup looms in the future but I may keep reading the series. 4.5 🌟

Banter, Bros, And Boyfriends
Enemies to frienemies to lovers is a weakness of mine, so I couldn't resist trying this book, especially with such a fun and colourful cover. Set in a fictional University, it sees cocky jock Ty and brooding bartender Brax giving in to their shared chemistry and starting a hook-up with heart. There's a high heat level and lots of fun banter and that all-important Happily Ever After. There were very few negatives about the book. I'll admit it took me a little while to warm to the characters (which is more of a me thing than anything the author did wrong) but I ended up fully invested in their relationship. There are some descriptions that are repeated in nearly every scene about sex regardless of whose pov the scene is from (eg, empty my b@lls, take my lo@d) but it could easily be argued that this fits with the characters and what they find sexy. There are characters and relationships dotted in the background that are clearly setting up subsequent stories in this series but thankfully it's never intrusive.Like Brax, I ended up absolutely loving Ty. His playfully arrogant dialogue and confidence is a huge highlight. It's something that a lot of authors may struggle to pull off without crossing the line into being annoying and unsympathetic, but it was brilliantly realised here. Ty's relationship with his friends is also wonderful, seemingly shallow at first but with plenty of depth revealed as the story goes on. They're a great group of bros and it's gratifying watching them going from loathing Brax to accepting him and cheering the couple on. Their 'love advice' is particularly adorable. While I may have had a slow start with this book, I tore through the second half. It's a cute and spicy rom-com that I'd recommend for anyone who loves banter, raging hormones, and bad boys who are secretly softies.

So much more than Grumpy/Sunshine
I love this book and audio (J F Harding). They MC’s end up being so much more then a troupe. They become actual people and turn out to be so similar even with their differences - basically two sides of the same coin.I love the snark, the spice and the breaking down of walls. It’s even better when you do a re read after reading all FU series as you appreciate all the side characters popping up and they make so much sense of how they all crossover xx

Somewhere between 3.5-4 stars
Not quite sure what it is but for me there's something missing from this story. It's got the sarcasm and the teasing and Brax's gran was a great character, it just needs something more.

Ty & Brax
They are opposites in every single aspect and even so, they are in such alignment, balancing each other and supporting each other’s back. It’s always cool when I get a nice Enemies to Lovers plot and this one is very well written. The story is romantic, it has the correct amount of steam and it’s adorable, with just the right pitch of drama and an amazing HFN that makes us believe that will lead smoothly to a HEA.I would definitely recommend this book to everyone.

Fabulous!
I don't even know what to do with myself now that I'm done with Ty and Brax's story! I could have kept reading about them forever. I loved every word of this! From the first interaction between them through their happily ever after, it was simply wonderful. They start off just irrating the heck out of each other. The back and forth, the barbs and quips, the sarcasm...just all on point and so entertaining! They spend more and more time together, convinced they both find the other supremely annoying, and just keep evolving into friends and then more. Watching all of that unfold was such a joy. There was such a strong connection between them. They were both dealing with some issues surrounding their family and their future. They were both such kind and caring people. They were so perfect for each other and taking the journey with them to this realization was fabulous! So sweet, so swoony, and so steamy. It gave me butterflies and made me smile so much! Add in the wonderful cast of characters, from Ty's friends to Braxton's Grandma, and this book was just perfect all the way around! What a great way to kick off a new shared world series. I am so excited for the rest of the books to come!

So much about grumpy bar keepers
Love the story! Fun to read. And I love the humane attitude in it, the way of solving problems. Don't want to spoil it, just so much: The part in which friends try to help is just priceless.
