I bought this pair of gloves not for chopping vegetables but for heavier work, welding, they hold up great, true to size. they are so comfortable that i forget i have them on. These are nice feeling gloves, but they failed the test against a mid-sized African Grey that I have to catch and medicate twice a day, which the bird resents. Her bites are more puncture wounds than slices, of course, but I was disappointed that she was able to bite through these gloves with a pair of leather gloves on top, hard enough to bruise (but not break skin on) my finger. So they might actually work well for chopping onions, but if you're thinking of them for preventing bird bites--they won't be helpful. Since the bird always bites the same places, places she can reach while I have her restrained by the shoulders, I'm going to try taping those spots, like a prizefighter, going into the next dosage. I'll still wear these gloves on top. And if I can find chainmail armor gloves, I might try those. Anyway, the gloves are very comfortable and fit well enough to give me the dexterity I need to fill a medicine dropper. I'm giving them high ratings because I was trying to use them for an off-label use, and for their intended use, they should work quite well.

These are nice gloves. I use them while metal detecting so I don’t get cut reaching in blindly on to glass or a torn aluminum can. Great dexterity, and light weight. I am sure that is not what they are made for but they take a beating and I haven’t been cut or poked by anything. This is my second purchase. I bought a double pack the first time. I misplaced one pair and the other is still going strong just like having a spare. Highly recommend.

Fits snug, bought a medium. Use them in a commercial kitchen for prep work.

I bought this to wear when I'm cutting fabric for my quilting. It runs a bit big, especially in the palm area; however, it doesn't really affect their functionality.

Gloves appear well made and fit OK if a bit snug on me. Only real problem I have is the fabric is slippery making it hard to hold onto things especially metal handled knives.

Sharp points pick the cloth apart pretty easily but then, you're getting two gloves for next to nothing so if you're purchasing these, you're surely not expecting the cream of the cut resistant crop.

I bought these gloves for my son who had cut his thumb, he liked the gloves, and felt better about chopping vegies, they washed up very well.
