150 Best Ebelskiver Recipes Paperback – 1 April 2013

We recently bought a pan (not here) which came with one ludicrously rich recipe so bought this. I admit that when it spoke of using 2 tablespoons to fill the hollow I agreed with other reviewers that it wouldn't work. We used the photos as guidance and our first attempt was OK for the first time. While rereading the book I realised they were referring to US tablespoons which are smaller than UK. Problem solved.
