Refund
I sent this item back and paid way more then what I was refunded for. The item was never used and was returned because it was not what I was looking for. Nothing was wrong with it or even used. Disappointed in that

Cool little gym
This thing is pretty cool. I am constantly figuring out new ways to use it. The only downside is that it was tricky to put together. I will continue using it and loving it.

Nah.
It's a damned mess to keep together. My favorite thing is it fits under my dresser. Haven't used it because it's just frustrating and disheartening to pull it out and have it all fall apart while you're grabbing it or trying to use it. I ended up getting a Y membership.

Well Rounded Home Gym
This is for those days you don't want to or can't go to the gym, but you still want a workout. This is a pretty good, light weight set up that packs up small but offers you a way to work out any of your muscle groups. It's also good for people who don't want to use free weights, are recovering from injury or like using resistance bands. Here's what you get:BOARD: This is the main anchor point for multiple exercises. It is made up of dense plastic. It felt solid and should last a long time if properly cared for. The top has a foam layer which adds some comfort when standing on with or without shoes. The bottom side is where you attach the resistance bands to the board. They are secured by the orange clips - the kit comes with 4 of them. There are 6 anchor points to choose from to help adjust the tension, and you can have 2 bands on each side. The bands are then threaded through an orange roller on the side. The board also features a number of holes to connect the pushup handles to. It's nice as you can change up the handle positions from narrow to wide for various styles of pushups.RESISTANCE BANDS: This FITINDEX home gym comes with 4 resistance bands - two 50 lbs and two 30 lbs. One end has a loop for anchoring to the board. The other end is where you use a caribiner to connect to a handle or strap. The bands are color coded and labeled with the weight. The weight rating is subjective as it depends on how much tension is put on the band, but the 50s are more challenging than 30s. The bands are covered with a nylon sheath and should offer some protection for the band (and the user if it should somehow snap).BAR: This comes with a 2-piece bar made out of steel. Each is about 2.5' - so 5' when connected. It features a foam cover and stainless steel clips on each end for connecting the bands. Also, you can put a wheel (also included) in the middle of the bar for ab workouts. I used the bar mostly for squats and bench press.PUSHUP HANDLES: You get two of the handles that plug into the board. They are hard plastic with a rubbery orange top grip. They worked fine.HANDLES: A couple of black plastic handles also comes in the kit. They have a nylon strap that goes through the handles and has a stainless steel D-clip for connecting to the bands.VELCRO STRAPS: You get two heavy duty velcro straps that can be used on an ankle or wrist. These are a little on small side, so if you have really big wrists or ankles these may not work. Most won't have any issues with them though. These also have a D-clip to attach bands.DOOR ANCHOR: This strap can be placed along the edge of the door and used for all kinds of exercises. Just make sure you put it on door opens outward or away from you. Otherwise, you may end up in severe pain.WHEEL: This has a 6-inch plastic wheel that attaches to the bar. Seems lightweight, yet strong.BAG: This is a basic bag that holds everything. It features 3 outer pockets to hold all the bands, bars and accessories. This main part holds the board. There are velcro straps too.Overall, this is a great home gym value when looking at all the excercises you can do with it. It's easy to swap out bands or change up for different exercises. Also, I have another set of resistance bands that work with the board. There's a lot to like with this home gym. It has worked really well for my purposes.

a great workout device- a neat contraption that allows resistance bands to show their full potential
Resistance bands are something i use occasionally though not in depth. This is not due to my disliking them its just i do not know that much about them. Recently i was hanging up a set of workout posters in my home gym area and became interested in the poster that shows many variations of things to do with a resistance band. I then became interested in finding out how to utilize bands in a more elaborate way. Thankfully i came across this neat contraption from the Fitindex brand. There is a lot in this kit and i soon realized it was more than just a platform. This is more like a kit that uses the platform as the foundation to then branch off and become creative. There are a good deal of thick professional resistance bands that have that extra coating around the band part. When you unbox this the platform opens up to reveal a bunch of bands and other stuff inside. There are so many pieces for all kinds of different setups that i have yet to go through all of them. To describe the basic idea for the bands: you attach then at the bottom with these small red fastening things, then feed it thorough the bottom to then come back up top so you are standing on the platform with the weight of the users body to work in sync with the bands and keep them secure. The bands are the main feature for me though there are other important ways to manipulate this multi function platform. Included also are two wheels which attach to the platform. This then brilliantly turns the flat surface into an ab roller. You can always use the platform flat and then for pushups or in the reverse because the thing is elevated enough to allow this.My favorite thing to do with this is use the bar connector piece to form a squat workout. By placing the bar band behind my back then squatting i was able to drum up an effective leg workout.Regardless of your approach to this neat device you will be guaranteed to find a way to enhance your aerobic activity. With winter here i al always looking for ways to churn out a good indoor session so this device came along at the perfect time.In conclusion i am extremely happy with this and recommend it it to anyone serious about toning their muscles with resistance bands and accomplishing this with a neat ergonomic platform kit.

Not a bad little portable work out gym
The best thing about this is how little room it takes up. The plastic case doubles as a storage container for a few of the items this comes with. You can fit in a pair of resistance bands and a set of pushup grips. The one downside is if you want to close the gym, you have to remove the little rubber feet and this can be time-consuming, especially if you drop one of them and it rolls away. Ugh.This comes with two sets of resistance bands. The lighter set works great for warming up or doing lighter sets. They can be be changed at the bottom of the base to increase or decrease the resistance a little. The set also comes with other tools that allow you to use the use the bands in doors so you can do tricep exercises and the like.Overall, this is a nice compact little workout base.

Exactly what I needed
This little home gym is perfect for my home, easy to use and easy to store. It did come missing a part, but the company was super quick to get back to me, and super quick sending the part out. As far as tension band exercises go, it's perfect for me.

Garbage
It’s not sturdy at all. Also all of my bands were different lengths and tensions so it makes it impossible to use them together.
