I followed the instructions - which are well written, easy to follow - to install the SmartInk cartridges. I received the error that the printer detected non-HP cartridges and it would NOT print. I called the customer care number and spoke to a pleasant, helpful rep who emailed the detailed instructions to roll back the updates so that the printer would not block other cartridges. It was easy to follow and it worked - after rolling back the updates, my printer now prints in beautiful, sharp full color print. Thank you SmartInk.

These cartridges work perfectly with my HP printer and when HP released a software update to block the use of the ones I had already purchased, the company immediately sent me new cartridges free of charge with a software update that worked! Great customer service all around!

In the time that I had purchased the printer cartridges to the time that I installed them, HP had updated their software and the cartridges would not work. Since I had a Mac, they had to re-send me a whole new set of cartridges and helped me troubleshoot an issue of cleaning the printer once they were installed… They were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

I will never use another company for my printer ink needs! This company delivers high quality ink at a really nice price! Their customer service is truly fantastic. I hated buying my ink from HP. It is too expensive every time I had to buy it it made me physically ill. I am so glad that I found Smart Ink!

I ordered these and kept them as a backup for the the original cartridges go out. Finally got around to needing them only to find that only some worked and my printer doesn't recognize the others as genuine HP cartridges. Sooo they can't be used with the printer as advertised.

Have been using other cheaper toner cartridges to replace my HP ones since they are so incredibly expensive. Problem is you usually get what you pay for. I tried Smart Ink and so far, I'm very happy with them. Inexpensive, yet work just as well as HP cartridges...Most importantly...they don't "squeak" or "screech" like the other brands seem to. Alice in customer support is very helpful and very responsive to my emails. She even reached out to make sure the issue I had was resolved, and to see if there was anything else she could help me with. Definitely a "Class Act".Give them a try.

Initially tried to put the toner packages into my HP printer, and got a dreaded notice from the printer that it would not allow third-party cartridges. I initially tried a a Google search to sort it out , and everything led me to the fact that that printer would not allow third party cartridges.I opened a service ticket with Smart Ink on a Sunday thinking I wouldn't hear a response until Monday. I was surprised to quickly get a response with the instructions on how to fix the problem. 15 minutes after receiving the response, the printer was working.Outstanding tech support to overcome HP trying to force people into overpaying for supplies.

I am very impressed with the speedy response to send me replacement cartridges at no charge! My printer was squeaking and when I put in the replacement cartridges, the squeaking stopped!

You get four compatible cartridges for less than the cost of two HP cartridges. A savings of over 60%. I did run into an issue with my printer not working because it said "Non-HP Chip Detected". That's where Smart Ink customer support was excellent. I sent them an e-mail and they were quick to send me replacement cartridges that worked. FYI, their phone number gets a recording announcement so it is best to text or email them.

Order arrived promptly, was exactly as described. Works perfectly in my printer. Way cheaper than original HP toner. Very happy with product!

Kudo for this customer service who always stand behind their products. You can buy their products with confident.(Previous review) Colors are not as close as original. Colors are faded. Fit HP M479FDN. Also expensive compare to other toner cartridges.
