This fill in the blank self care book is amazing! The story about her best friend brought me to tears! This also helped with my healing from my own traumas! I recommend this to anyone looking to heal and move forward in life!

I do recommend this book and the first lyric edition. But I’d like to say pay no attention to that negative comment. They don’t know that this is a self write in book and part of the proceeds go to people who struggle with anxiety and depression.The author works in the music industry and is very respectful.So this is a great book for all those who love Mac miller or just want to pour their hearts on this book.

I'm happy the author was able to tell her story to help others to be heard. I loved everything about the book.
