I have tried several fruit and vegetable capsules before but these are far the best. Easy to swallow with water and no aftertaste like the others. I notice an increase in energy and .better body functioning. This is a a Great product at a reasonable price. I wish I had only tried it sooner. I will be finishing these bottles and ordering more. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

I am always skeptical of supplements, but in reading all of the reviews I thought I would try these as who can consistently get all servings of fruits and vegetables recommended daily.First, these are more affordable than the brand usually advertised.Secondly and most importantly, I definitely have more energy since taking these! They work, I feel great!Yes, there is an aftertaste as said in other reviews, but really only the first day was the most noticeable. I take them with a glass of milk which helps with the aftertaste.I will definitely keep taking these and highly recommend!

I have been taking the KWALA fruits and vegetables capsules for several weeks. I feel as if they are giving me more energy . They are easily swallowed and tasteless. Good value and will continue taking them.

I received them yesterday and started them so far so good. I have not had any stomach issues as some has had. They are easy to shallow and smell like veggies to me. I will update after a week or so to let you kno how it's going.Update: they seems to be helping with entergy and I'm not having any side affects. I was wondering about the sugar content because I'm diabetic but I emailed and got a response right way putting my concerns to rest. Great product and great customer service

I have been going back and forth about taking the fruit and vegetable that I have been seeing on TV. I looked into the Balance of Nature product reviews online and found that there was other products that had better reviews. I found Kwala on Amazon and compared the ingrediencies and they were similar. I ordered them and started taking them right o way. I have noticed an increase in my energy and clarity. At the age of 57 I was not eating the amount of fruit and vegetable that I should be and this is a great supplement that ensures that I receive my daily intake.

Like you, I've been tempted to try out Balance of Nature to see whether it offers a worthwhile benefit. I didn't want to spend the amount of money they're charging, so I went with this alternative. From my understanding, they're the same product. After going through most of these two bottles, I haven't been able to identify any substantial changes to my health or general well-being. They could be working, but I have no way to tell. It's a lot of pills to take per day, and the taste of the veggie ones is unpleasant to say the least. It wouldn't hurt to give these a shot, but I think you're better off taking specific supplements for what vitamins you're deficient in.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I compared the ingredients with the competition and they were similiar, only this product's price point made it more attractive. I reviewed comments both positive and negative, where negative comments state that the capsules tasted bad or were hard to swallow. I did not find this to be the case. The vegtable supliments did have a garlic/celery scent-no different than the scent of a salad cruton. The fruit supliments have hardly any scent at all. Did not find them difficult to swallow as long as you swallowed each capsule one at a time. No stomach upset at all even if 3 veg and 3 fruit taken at once. I have always been a meat eater with limited fruits and vegatables in my diet. I am 56 years old and have noticed an increase in overall energy. Plan on using this product as part of my daily diet regimen from this point onward.

Really 3.5 but Good product and excellent fruits and vegetables but will concur - the aftertaste of the vegetables is nearly stopping me from taking. Will try another week and try taking with something to inhibit it but wow- formula tween is necessary for it to be a true 5.
