Autoleads CPT2010007 RMA819 Replacement Aerial Internal Screen Mount - Black

Bought this for a radio in a small boat.I have tried using something visually identical to this many many years ago (20+ years) and it was awfull so I tried this one with a very sceptical mind, more so as it was being used in a boat.I have to say that it is better than the old one (but then with 20 years of technological dvances behind us that is not too surprising). It does work, it picks up all the BBC channels on FM and some other local channels too. Maybe not the best in the world but then the whole audio system in the boat is a budget set-up so possibly not fair to judge it too harshly.On the whole, for the price and given the performance so far it is worth 5stars. Would not be worth 5stars if it was a lot more expensive - in otherwords, as a budget option that requires no drilling of holes it is perfect but if you are a true audiphile looking for nothing but the best then this may not be so good.

It's probably as good as any similar antenna. However it really doesn't work very well unless the signal is very strong in which case a wire coat hanger is probably just as good. Packaging and manufacturing quality are all fine just not a great solution.

Not good, fell of screen within a day . Reception rubbish

I'd put off buying one of these for about 6 years, because of differing reviews! However I finally threw caution to the airwaves and purchased one. So glad I did, because for me it works perfectly. Before I was only getting 4-5 BBC radio stations. Now I get all the independent stations with the annoying adverts, but I'm happy because it is such good value for money, which is rare these days. If it hadn't worked I wouldn't have lost much.

Product work's fine

nice product and it did work very well. It is not too obtrusive when fitted. Yu need a supply either from the back of the radio or the ignition to make its amplifier work but it did the trick on two different vehicles that I had problems with with the built in screen aerial therefore it was a much cheaper alternative.

Seems to work well, but had to connect in the 12v supply to activate the amplifier which does work ok.The earth wire is a bit short, had to splice in some extra wire. The main wire is not long enough to mount the aerial at the top of the screen. Instead of buying an extension lead I have mounted it on the LHS of the windscreen.

Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi previsti e ben confezionato.L’antenna è risultata molto efficiente e selettiva grazie anche all’amplificatore il quale conferisce anche un buon aspetto estetico al prodotto. Inoltre la lunghezza dei cavi di collegamento è ottima . Pienamente soddisfatto.

Funciona perfectamente. La monté porque la de mi coche no cogia bien las emisoras y con esta va como bien. La instalacion no es muy dificil, tan solo hay que alimentarla (positivo y masa) y pegarla al cristal y conectar al radio. Los cables se pueden esconder por las ranuras del coche.

La qualité est là, le produit est conforme à mes attentes. Difficile d'en dire plus toute fois sauf que je recommanderais sans soucis si nécessaire.

Por el precio que tiene, poco se puede pedir, funciona perfectamente, y capta las emisoras como cualquier otra antena, ni mas ni menos, lo único es que la calidad de los materiales no es excelente, pero muy pasable.
