The Gruffalo DVD Double Pack Collectable Tin (Gruffalo / Gruffalo's Child) [DVD]

Grandson loved it.

My 4 year old grandson just loves the Gruffalo stories. He now knows them off by heart. During the last year we have collected almost everything Gruffalo; soft toys, books, activity books, floor puzzles, word games, socks etc but for his 4th birthday he kept on asking for the DVD even though we have the iPad download (can't scratch like DVDs). Everyone thought he would forget when the birthday arrived amid his other presents. I bought it as a back up in case he was upset and kept it hidden thinking I could return it if it wasn't used. But when I saw the tin container just like a little suitcase I knew he would be thrilled with it. He did of course look through all his gifts and ask if we had forgotten Gruffalo. When he saw the pack he was delighted and thrilled with the carrying case which now goes everywhere with him. He just loves unlocking the tin and carefully unpacking and repacking the DVDs.

My two and half year old really enjoys this and keeps asking me to put the DVD on. He loves all the various animals in it and the two stories. He always laughs at it also when the Gruffalo's child slides down the little hill although some of my friends have told me that their children are afraid of the Gruffulo. Overall, well worth buying and have got good use out of it and still will watch it in the future. I don't mind watching it either numerous times because it has nice relaxing music in it!

Bought as a gift, well presented in a tin with carry handle. My niece loved the dvds.

Grandaughter loves it

This would make a lovely gift. I bought it for my son who loves The Gruffalo and The Gruffalos Child. It's been watched many times. The stories are great for child with short attention spans as well as he struggles to sit through longer movies. It captures his interest as he already has the books. He likes to get the book and link the film in with it. He has autism and this is a great way for him to learn and practice his language skills.

Beautifully packed, the tin will keep the dvds in good condition and makes it feel a bit more special than the ordinary DVDs. The stories are lovely, and I would recommend them to children (of all ages!). We watched the Gruffalo on Christmas Day, and decided to buy the keepsake version as we liked it so much. ? A new tradition is born? Who knows - it will certainly keep some members of the family quiet for a time....

We like how fast it was delivered. Also the price was reasonable. The decorated tin box, the two movie came in, is a nice touch.

A mi pequeño le encantan estos DVD que son muy buenas adaptaciones de los libros del Grúfalo y la Hija del Grúfalo. Tienen muy buen precio pero sólo el audio es en inglés, no se puede cambiar el idioma.
