Love this keyless entry! Very easy to install!

I love it!!!! It’s very easy to install, way easier than I thought it would be. Downloaded the app, was able to set up passwords and fingerprints in a minute. The fingerprint sensor reads fast and accurate. I always forgot my keys in the house, I’ve locked myself out too often. I’m so glad I got this digital lock, I don’t have to worried anymore! It works great!

I paid and watched someone to do the installation because I did not have time. The fingerprint reader was easy to install… the device was easy to install…. Once everything was installed, the device was charged with the USB cable and we also purchased the most expensive AA battery that we could find. The problem that we are having is when we go into the app to press the icon to remotely unlock the door. It makes the turning sound, but the bolt doesn’t always lock/ unlock… Now we have a device installed on our door that we can only use the key all the time & remotely sometimes which is defeating the purpose.

I manage short-term rentals. I've only had about 5 guests so far at the only house with this lock installed and all of them have expressed difficulty using it. 4 of them experienced the batteries being dead. 1 guest could not even check-in due to the dead battery. That later hurt our rating on the Airbnb platform, so here's a 1 star rating as a token of my gratitude. Time to spend more money elsewhere. Don't spend it here. I honestly don't even have time to write this, but here I am. The lock is that bad.

This door lock is very great, it have many ways to open, you can use your phone or finger or password, there is a lot choice to open this door lock. It is easy to set up, all you have to do is follow the instructions. The looking of this door lock is also pretty. It make safe and easy for my family.

Product is a nice replacement but the fingerprint option is not available in the app. Not sure why there is this feature without being able to use it. Easy to send codes to others and like being able to schedule certain times for codes

We purchased this Keypad+Fingerprint+Key+IC+APPThe one we had originally received for some reason didn’t not had the finger print icon on the app, we contacted the seller and they were really helpful, they had to send us a new one and the new one had everything in the app, we been having it for a month now and we love it..
