For context, I live alone in a 900 sq. ft. home with hard vinyl (that faux wood stuff) and I own 3 cats. Aside from the cats shedding, I also have very long hair and shed too lol.Pros:1- The vacuum has GREAT maneuverability! It’s seriously effortless to get anywhere, the swivel and the ability to lower the vacuum very low in order to get under and around furniture is very impressive.2- The headlight is a great plus3- Pretty decent battery life on a full charge. I keep the power level at medium level and I’m able to get two full house vacuumings out of it.4: Works well on multiple surfaces but is gentle enough to not damage or snag any fabric. I vacuum my microsuede couch and it gets all the cat hair off. I know I could use the smaller attachment but I straight up lift the whole vacuum up to do this which should also tell you it’s pretty lightweight 🤣Cons:1- The wall mount doesn’t have an place to mount the small brush attachment. Not a big deal but I just thought that seemed like a design oversight maybe.2- While the vacuum is very maneuverable, some might find the short width of the main attachment annoying if they have a particularly large surface area they need to vacuum. Kinda a double edged sword there.3- The battery needs to be attached to the vacuum in order to charge it and I personally would prefer to be able to detach the battery and charge it somewhere else. I have a charging station in the basement with a surge protector where I like to charge my lawn mower and other appliance batteries like that one.

Pros:-lower head profile than Dyson so it fits under things more easily and is a lot quieter.-Has silicone grip on the handle which was nice.-You only have to press the trigger once to turn on, unlike the Dyson where it has to be held down (I would get finger blister if I cleaned all day with Dyson). This is my favorite Pro lol-height is adjustable so it’s taller than Dyson-for price, it’s great if you have pets and hard floors in the majority of your home and just want something to quickly clean with daily.-touch screen settings are niceCons:-suction is no where near Dyson (as expected). I have thin area rugs in living areas and had to use the high setting. So I definitely can’t use this in the bedroom where there is carpet.-the fan blows straight up at your face so it dried my eyes out horrrrrribly.-canister doesn’t empty easily. It does open easily with touch of a button, but I had to bang the canister a lot against trash can for it to empty contents (dirt and dog hair) and even had to use my finger to scoop out the bigger chunks of hair.

Overall this vacuum is great for everyday use. Pros: It's lightweight and holds a charge for pretty much the whole house when you use it on low which is what I use for the majority of the house and the mats (door, bath, etc... doesn't suck them up either). I use med or high on the rugs and it does a decent job. It maneuvers really easily too. I also love the mini motorized brush head for the couches. It says it goes totally flat and for the most part it does, but the canister doesn't let it go to the floor. I can still get under the bed and dressers for the most part, but not the couches. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning.Cons: because of all the pet hair I have to empty the canister after pretty much every room. You may not have that problem though. Also, it doesn't come apart as easily, I liked being able to pull the tube (?) out of my regular vacuum to reach behind the toilet and stuff, but this you have to bend down and remove the brush head with 2 hands. It's kind of cumbersome to empty the canister as well. It doesn't stand upright on its own either.

I ordered this after reading a review about this vac having 3 settings and the reviewer said they were fine on the lowest setting as the suction was so great. Not true in my house! I have both hardwood and low carpet floors. This does not suck up dirt out of carpet. I grabbed my older Dy$@? vac and it almost choked on all the dirt the new one left behind!! I've moved this to the 2nd floor bathroom as that's all it's good for.

Granted there's at least one thing I really like about it, but I would definitely go with one of the top name brand ones. I hate to mention a name but the one I like is the one that rhymes with Boxer Mike's last name! I sacrificed the one I had to our business and thought I would go a cheaper route, but I'm disappointed in some aspects of this one.The biggest pro: The switch turns it on and it stays running until you press it again, unlike others that I've used that you have to hold all the time.The biggest con: It's hard to empty, I have to take the whole canister off and empty from the top, then there's hairs, dust, and whatever else stuck in the rubber flaps where it enters into the canister. You have to reach in and clean it out. Also, it doesn't do the greatest vacuuming job on bare floors, dropping some dirt back down, possibly because it can't get through the clogged flap. It also doesn't have as much suction power as I was used to.I don't give negative reviews lightly, but these are things that I wish I had known before I made my purchase.

Only gave it 4 because I do have trouble switching out floor wand to other attachments (this could just be me). I love how the vacuum picks up and the light is great. When the tab broke off the motor to hold the dust cup I contacted customer service. The customer service was outstanding. They responded promptly and sent a new motor. They said it would be here in 3 to 5 days and only took 2. Very pleased with their service.
