I tried these patches but kept smoking. My desire at times was to not want to smoke bit I kept on. I don't know why some people say the patch stuck on them for two three days because it is a 24 hour patch. It's an 8 week program with 60 patches so there is a few extra. Adhesion was ok and I recommend. It is a good price and it might help you. I like that they provided three strengths in one box.

I like that the patches stay adhered for the most part. (They do come off easily if it's hot and you get sweaty) they have helped with cutting back on cravings. I would recommend.

The best part of this smoking cessation package is the fact that you have all your steps contained in one box. The box contains a five week system of patches and there are detailed instructions and recommendations included in the box and the outer package has many details as well. The first week begins with 2 to 3 patches that contain 21mg of nicotine and the amount of patches depends on your cigarette usage. The patches are to be applied on dry skin such as your arm, thigh, chest, or even wrist. Put a patch on 30 minutes before you wish to have results. The patches deliver nicotine for up to 24 hours. The patch(es) are to be removed an hour before bedtime and you are recommended to not place a patch in the same consecutive area to avoid a rash. The second week you are suggested to use 1.5 patches and the third week 1.5 patches and the fourth week one single patch and finally using only 1/2 patch on the fifth week. Adjustments can be made if you need more or less nicotine. The second stage of patches contain 14mg of nicotine and the third stage contains 7mg of nicotine. It is a gradual lessening process and has been used successfully by many people. The entire box contains 60 patches and helpful recommendations for success. This is a great kit with everything contained in one box so you don't have to worry about step availability when you're trying to quit. The patches adhere very nicely and are light to wear so they aren't bothersome. After approximately 30 min the patch began to come off. Fell off of the arm within 30 min, and will not stay adhered.

At first they helped the cravings a bit but after a few days did not work as well.Main problem for me is it's hot an humid here and the patches don't stay on good enough.

While it did help cut my cravings... I suppose I just wasn't mentally ready to quit, which is 90% of the battle in smoking cessation. While wearing the patches, I did not get as jittery and antsy to smoke, and was able to work a full 10 hour shift without the need to go out and smoke. So in that sense, they work great and as intended. I found they tended to fall off when placed on my arm from my shirt rubbing on it, but they stayed all day when placed on my side torso.The kit comes with all the steps needed, which is quite a bit of a money saver when generally you pay this price for each level. If you are truly ready to quit, these patches will work. I wish you luck, and I plan on taking another run at it once I am mentally prepared.

I like to have these on hand for days that I am not able to use my normal nicotine supply. They keep the cravings away, but the habit is still there. A piece of gun or a snack helps with those. I have not used them to try to quit yet, but they do seem to last all day. I do plan to quit but not looking forward to it. The health benefits and costs are always going up on nicotine products. I do feel these should get me over the cravings and make the transition a bit smoother. The adhesive is good and keeps it where you put it. The tan piece is the patch not the clear plastic. The price on these is a lot better than it's competitors and should provide the same results. I do recommend these for anyone wanting to use this approach to getting off nicotine.

They seem to help in reducing cravings and they stay on for me very well but then I am not sweating all day. After 3-4 days I pull one off and add another so they do stay on well. I am just not sure they are really putting out the full 21mg for the stronger ones. These are much better that the ones from 21 years ago as those would put out mostly the whole dose in the first hour and make me feel sick. These are more timed release.
