Accu-Check Aviva Test Strips 50 Ct

Purchased two packages of these test strips. They worked fine for about two weeks. Then, started failing every time. The reader could see them, and reported that everything is fine, but once it tried to scan the blood, it gave an error of E-1.So, I went through 10 strips, all with the same result.Opening the second package, produced a good test. For 3 strips. Now, they are failing as well.I'm not sure what is causing it to read them fine, and then once blood is introduced, they fail.So, I'm going to see if I can get a refund on this, as there appears to be a Quality Control issue.

Purchased 2 boxes of strips. Of those 2 boxes only 1 box of strips actually work. Thought it was the machine but after trying strips from another box and having them work perfectly, I realize it was the strips. Tried 6 from the box and all 6 failed to read. Would submit for a refund, but with quarantine and the fact that I'd probably spend more on shipping and time. I have just learned the lesson and let it go. Save your money and buy from the pharmacy.

ALL AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE DID WAS GIVE ME A HALF- A$$ APOLOGY; NO OFFERS OF COMPENSATION, CREDIT BACK TO MY PRIME ACCT., ETC. AMAZON IS THRIVING, WHILE THE REST OF THE COUNTRY IS CRIPPLED BY COVID; AS A LONG TIME PRIME MEMBER, THESE KINDS OF MIX-UPS WITH MEDICAL PRODUCTS IS UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN PRIME MEMBERS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE COUNTING ON THEIR MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO ARRIVE ON TIME!!!

Awful awful awful.I went through 50 strips in one week because even though I had more than enough blood, the strips wouldn't take it and would give an error. I wasted 3-5 strips per blood draw, and I'm meant to check my blood sugar four times daily.Also they would give me crazy high numbers and then if I checked again with the same finger, it would show a 20+ point difference (for example: 154 to 130 in less than a minute).If I could return these, I would. But there are none left and I'm very annoyed. Will definitely NOT be repurchasing and would not recommend to anyone.

I should read it better, but it did not come with the chip for the reader so could not use it.

Does not work with us meters and does not warn you before you buy

Worked well and a heck of a lot cheaper than the $108 Walgreens charged my niece for my test strips after I got out of the hospital after 5PM on a Friday and needed them before I could get them elsewhere.
