Very very bad experience about seller they wrote in machin if needed make call bu no response
I have purchased a dell 7010 series refurbished desktop computer. I received yesterday the machine was first boot is good. After warranty registration and Microsoft registration machine was restarted but there appeared message was booting hardware missing (like something) alt ctrl and del. To restart. Same this displayed yet what we do for it ( returns or ??) Today 23/05/2023 Cd Drive not working, this is the first time I am used but no response this DVD drive. This machine is under warranty period. Complaint lodged in the morning but no response from seller 😭 today is 28-05-2023 I haven't gotten any replay from the seller yet, same issues going on. this machine under warranty (mentioned in product description) (Renewed) DELL OPTIPLEX 7010 Business Class Performance Desktop SFF (Intel Core i5 3470 3.2 Ghz, 8GB RAM, 250 GB SSD Windows 10 PRO) 1 Year Warranty, Black.

Worth for money product. Using it in my shop for billing. Billing application is little heavy, but still machine run smooth.

Good product as described
Good product and I am using now . Running very fast and smooth. But Windows 10 pro OS was not properly working. I installed once again and activated the win 7 product key and activated permanently. Anyway good product.

Worst experience
The media could not be loaded. Product is not upto the mark. Terrible experience with in 3 months of use.. system is getting restart automatically.personal suggestion don't buy products from this site..

The media could not be loaded. Excellent quality product from Dell. (Renewed). For students and Home users its a steal deal. (Hope the dealer will not increase the price!!) It is preloaded with Windows 10 pro and MS Office Home and Student 2021

Mismatch Order
Ordered (Renewed) DELL Optiplex 7010 on AMAZON,.Delevered by amazon it looks like a brand New desktop.... But 1 day used it I am very disupointed as Its Very slow & Proccessor fan Very Noise... it takes Booting time 4 to 7Min.Than Item Ordered for replacement. They send another Package for exchange.Thais time I got Mismatch ITEM..... They sent DELL OPTIPLX 3010 insted of DELL OPTIFLEX 7010 SFF...... need to replace or Refund
