It can last for over 72hrs. Also depends on how long you stay outside.

Each piece is identical. You can use/charge/store them independently. They each have their own port and their own power button.

Q: Can this charge a phone too?

These are not battery packs, they’re single purpose devices. They charge with a USB to USB-C split cable. If your phone charged with a USB-C male cable, then you could use the cable to charge your phone, but you cannot draw power from the hand warmers.
