Love everything about this pet urn. First of all, it’s beautiful! The picture frame opens up to add photo or change photo whenever you want. Your pet’s ashes are secured behind a thin piece of wood that is attached with four screws. The size is perfect and entire box is exactly as described. Shipping was super fast and item was well packaged. I added the name plate on the top.

This urn for pet ashes is not well-made. The finish on the wood is not consistent. The wood is poor quality. The fact that this inferior product cannot be returned due to “food safety issues” is ridiculous. What does a pet urn have to do with food?! I am so very disappointed in this product and in this Amazon return policy. Not worth the 1 star review.

Package arrived well the only thing wrong is where you remove the door to be able to put the ashes the wood is broken. The screws cracked open the wood and therefore it does not screw tight. Other than that it’s a lovely urn.
