Q: Is the 12 oz cup 12 oz to the very top, or is there room to put 12 oz of coffee and still add creamer and sugar?

Definitely room for cream on top of the 12 ounces of coffee. I’d say 3 extra ounces of space. This is a great disposable cup. Can even do refills. Would definitely recommend and order again

I would think so....it appears to just be a paper cup with a corrugated paper around it.
