Pain relief
The back brace was easy to put on, his lower back was hurting couldn’t stand straight the brace removed the pressure off his hip, he said he was able to bend and lift without as much pain. Easy to adjust as needed.

Too much
I got this for my husband to wear at work.But he reports that it's way too bulky and uncomfortable to wear regularly.So he has not been using it maybe, for somebody.That's doing a less physical job.It would work but he's in construction and is just not practical for him to use.

I like this brace use it when splitting big firewood blocks helps back just it have bend over lots not good to use
