Smells lovely, even tastes lovely but not good for panic disorder.
I don't really know how to rate this as I had an adverse reaction to it. It smells really nice in comparison to the usual shop bought chamomile. I tried a cup, and it gave me a really dry throat and nausea and I felt anxious from it all really. The taste was actually nice and the smell was nice.I have panic disorder, so when I bought this I thought it would help as i don't like to take medication too often. But it actually gave me anxiety so I think that if you've got mental health problems like anxiety or psychosis probably it isn't a good idea. I've not read anything about chamomile causing anxiety, rather helping it instead. So it is very odd and it's a shame I couldn't drink it after the first try.In comparison to prescribed medication for panic, I found this felt totally different in not a good way.

Great for anxiety and calming
I am a big fan of camomile tea and love trying new brands. Some of the loose leaf tea that I have bought in the past has been crushed to the consistency of dust, but this is proper camomile tea with full camomile flowers. Smells amazing when you open up the packet and super relaxing to drink throughout the day and at night. I often get anxiety and I'm also very sensitive to caffeine, so this is the perfect calming drink for me.

It taste good and the fragrance as well is amazing but the package was full of camomille dust and is annoying when you filter it ...it still goes into your cup.
