I am an Aveda customer since many years and for good reason.Since I now color my hair, I am using the appropriate shampoo. One does not have to use a lot to lather (my hair is shoulder length). Though the product is pricey a bottle of shampoo lasts a long time!This shampoo is excellent! It never irritates my scalp and protects my hair and color well.

The product itself is great.However, it was poorly wrapped when shipped to me.The contents had leaked, and the bottle was only about 2/3 full.

Seems ridiculous to spend over $50 on shampoo, but this is a huge "refill" size bottle and I hope it will last a long time. This is the best shampoo for color treated hair!

i love Aveda products...i've used this shampoo for years and i believe it does conserve color...you only need the tiniest amount to lather an nice rich wonderful smelling shampoo

I have used and loved this shampoo for years but the bottle that I purchased through a third party seller through Amazon, is not the same quality. It does not rinse clean. Several times I wondered if I had received the conditioner and not shampoo. I contacted Aveda to see if the formula had changed and they said they can not guarantee their shampoo through Amazon. It is too late for a refund from the seller. I will only buy it directly from Aveda or in a salon in the future.
