Ei Electronics Battery Smoke Alarm with Test Button

If you want a simple straight forward smoke alarm then this is for you. I had one of the same make over 30 years ago, the old ones are always the best! I hung this one high on a wall (see product instructions for best advice if you decide to do this). The alarm is loud which is also why I wanted the same one I had before. I would be really surprised if anyone would be disappointed with this product.

Reasonable price, easy to fit - family safety essential

This square-style smoke alarm by Ei Electronics is easy to install. I bought this unit so as to be able to use the existing rawl plug holes from an earlier model. This new one fit perfectly. The 9 v battery was included, along with 2 screws and new rawl plugs (the 2 screws were a bit on the long side at around 2 inches, so a couple shorter screws may come in handy). The unit has a test button. All round good smoke alarm which is suitable for my needs.

Excellent, i ordered two and found the outgoing one in the hall is of the same product. The other one is located at the top of the stairs and were fitted in seconds. i must add that for the price, instructions and delivery, i can only say perfect. The test alarm is very loud, which is a must for an emergency. The product is well assembled and i would not hesitate to recommend this soke alarm to friends.
