Excellent quality, very heavy but good.

Good product. Solid build. Installation was easy and the supplier shared a video guide also to us once we connected through Amazon, when we got stuck.We had some minor issues initially, however they have been addressed by a local carpenter and the sofa is great now. Hopefully this will last long and fine.

One of the best sofa cum bed :1. Good quality seasoned Sheesham wood is used.2. Grains on the wood are excellent.3. Polish on the wood is excellent.4. Mechanism/Concept used to convert this sofa to bed and vice versa is great.5. Foam used in the sofa is of best quality.6. Cover used over the foam is of good quality.Seller is very helpful, transparent, professional and cooperative :1. We asked seller to show the products(sofa cum bed) which are already complete, because we want it to deliver sooner also we want to confirm that whatever is shown, is the one which gets delivered.2. Seller tried his best in showing the product through pics and videos. When we asked for video calls he helped us in showing the product through video calls as well without any hesitation. Video calls really helped us in understanding the mechanism and smoothness of opening and closing of sofa cum bed.3. Seller also let us know each and every details of the sofa without hiding anything from us. He told us that the base of the sofa is a MDF not plywood. And they use either MDF or plywood based on the availability.4. After selecting the product, we are not happy with the cover of the foam. He step ahead and helped us in customizing the same by providing us at least 10-15 color options without any extra charge. We are really happy with the service.5. Delivery of the product is fast and smooth. Packaging of the product is good.Note : If you are planning to use/keep the the product in 1st or 2nd floor and you have less space in stairs and corridors like us then moving the whole package through stairs would be difficult. We will recommend that you split the the product into two parts which can easily be done DIY(simple nut bolt and screw) then it can be moved easily.Overall, Sofa cum bed, Seller cooperation and Delivery exceeds our expectation. The Divaan is nice and good for the price. It was easy to assemble also but only thing is if the seller could have provided with the details how to assemble it would have been nice.We had to look over the internet for the guidance other than that nice and sturdy product

Beds hight are not matching and getting back pain

The sofa bead is in my place for months now and it is my daily bed. The reason for the low rating is1. We had to pay extra for deliver to the 2nd floor. But it extremely heavy to carry so paying that extra was necessary.2. The bed has three cusinons and one of it is not as thick dinner time the thinner cousin feel hard while the others are still soft, so it give discomfort while sleeping as there is two different levels of firmness in the same bed.It is more suitable for irregular ad hoc use than for everyday.

Its a good sturdy and high quality product. Looks classy and comfortable to sleep on. The product was delivered on time. There was damage on left arm due to transport but the seller fixed the damaged by sending the part and carpenter. Very helpful and quick service by the seller. Definetly trust worthy and would recommend buying from this seller.
